Good Afternoon
I would like to thank all of you for your kind words. I received many emails about our meditations. It is very important to stay in faith.
I seen it for myself, what faith can do during trouble times.
When you are given the strength to continue to do the right thing, when the wrong thing is happening to you. The only thing that comes to your mind is praise.
I would also like to share with you important information. If you would like a specific meditation, that you do not see on our web-site.

It is very hard to release the painful situation from our hearts and forgive someone who has hurt us deeply.
In some cases it may take weeks, months, years, or even a lifetime.
This is why I'am excited to share this with you. It helped me and I know It can help you.

This came in this morning by email. I found it very interesting.
A young lady wrote in, when she and her boyfriend would meet with friends for a drink or dinner, her boyfriend is very happy, smiles a lot, there is much laughter.
The twist here is, when they drive to and from where they are going there is minimal conversation. No smiles no laughter, the mood is quite depressing. Even when they are home there is very little emotion. She wished the night out would never end. This is the man she loves. Happy, energized full of life.
What do you think??
Not everyone who laughs, smiles is a happy person. Never assume that because someone is smiling that they don't have some kind of pain. There are times, when people smilie to hide their hurt.
I remember, when I was in a bad place. I had to work, I didn't want anyone to know that there was anything wrong. I smiled, and laughed and stayed to myself. I turned to one person who understood my position, and they gave me support. I didn't have to announce it to everyone. I wanted to be private. I will always be grateful I had that person to turn to.
If you know someone like this, and you are in each others lives. Help one another get past the hurt and pain and what ever is going on. You are with one another to get through the bad times, as well as the good ones. Discuss what is going on. Silence will not resolve the problem.
Communication is the key!

Today, was one of those days with a hot topic.
"You are not responsible for other peoples happiness."
How true is this statement in your life?
I receive many emails daily on this. People write about how exhausted they are trying to make their spouses, boyfriends, girlfriends, family happy.
Here's the thing. We can not make people happy, if they are not happy themselves. There isn't anything that you can do, that will ever change that. We will never know what is going on with them. It makes us sad and unhappy to see them this way. We are trying our best right?
We have to come to a understanding with ourselves, and realize the position we are in. It is not are business to try to fix them. We should never sacrifice, our happiness for someone else. This is someone who is very selfish and doesn't care about your kindness, and your happiness.
It is time to re-evaluate the relationship. It's time to take back your smile, and laughter that you are missing out on. These are the most prescious gifts we were ever given. You are worth more than to be a slave to the unhappiness of others.
(You could be on that thin line, involved with someone who is emotionally abusive. Be aware how you want to live your life. Thats your answer.)
I know you felt this at one point or your in it right now:
Well, let me explain. The food you prepare is just be ok. Your excitement about life wasn't exciting anymore, they made it hard share it. The coffee you make for them is never hot enough. There will never be enough money.
You will forget how to smile. You will begin to live a life of unkindness. Your passion will be gone. Laughter will be few. You will start to believe this is how life is, and you won't even notice the changes in your personality. You begin to live a life of self doubt.

You catch my drift.
Please do not be a servant to the ungrateful, to the selfish, and those of whom are un-worthy of your love, kindness, and smile. Your warmth of giving is a blessing and should never be sacrificed.
I look forward to your emails.

What would you tell your younger you?
This is a very interesting topic!
People would write to me all the time, and tell me they wish they could go back and re-write their story. They wish they can change a certain time of their life. It would be fascinating if we were able to do that. My answer to this is. We would have no learning experience to help others. We wouldn't grow from that situation and share the meaning of life. There wouldn't be any stories to talk about. Everything we have gone through is valuable. Enjoying the journey is the plan.
What would I tell my younger self?
I would say? Laugh more. Smile more. Experience different things. Travel and explore the world. Be fearless, this is what holds us back the most. Love with all your heart. Follow your dreams. Help people in need, there is always someone less fortunate than you. Your not alone, the world is big. Stand up for yourself. Don't allow anyone to mistreat you. Remember this important rule. Play every chance you get, enjoy your life, and be kind.
I could write more on how to get the most out of your life. I wish it was a smoother ride. Through our pain, and struggles, losses and achievements. Brings us closer and closer to who we are meant to be.
I can tell you this. Don't be scared of your plan.
Share your life to help someone else. Begin to live the way you spoke to your younger self.

Good Afternoon Everyone!
Thank you for all the emails and good words. It is a very exciting moment in my life to be able to bring to you what has helped me heal through my darkest time.
When I was a little girl growing up in church, I would listen closely to the sermon. I found peace, and kindness in every word. Still to this day, I'm very connected to my faith, and the Lord. I don't know what I would have done without Him.
As I grew older and things became harder, I would turn to prayer for strength. People use to say, why go to church, you can pray at home. I loved being in church. I would drive to Queens, from Westchester County, New York to go to the church I was raised in. I would sit with the Lord and ask him any question that I had.
I would seek His guidance to make better decisions, and ask for help when I was in a bad position.
I would cry, I would hand over my pain and hurt, because I knew I couldn't do this alone. I thanked Him for bringing me to church safely. I thanked Him for always having my back.
My prayers never went unanswered. I sat still in silence, and had faith that I would overcome. I am very happy to share my series of 3 Meditations that I know will help you, the way they helped me. These are Meditations in Faith.
Stay in faith.
Believe in your journey.

#valueurself #lovingyourself #beingkindtoyourself #youdeservelove #wehavefeelings
#wehaveaheart #bodybydesignnotdefault #uncertainty #understandyourplan

I would like to talk about this very important word that touches several lives. I received many emails on uncertainty.

The questions I get are:
What happens next?
What happens now?
I'm frightened about my future!
I don't know where to go?
Who do I ask for help?

If this rings a bell with any of you, please continue to read.
Uncertainty begins with doubt. We forgot how to find comfort in our journey. The understanding that some things will, or will not work out. We must learn how to embrace both to have a balance. The questions above, believe it or not, you have the answers to. I know this because uncertainty touched my life.

I began to listen to others, and they influenced me in developing deeper self doubt. Circumstances can change our character, we begin to stay in the same place emotionally.. You become the bully to yourself. It becomes a challenge to see beyond this point. We have to understand the position we put ourselves in. We become our worst critic.

It is imperative to begin to focus on the solution to the problem, rather than then the problem itself. If we tune Into the situation day in and day out, It will never change. Solution is the key. Take these questions for instance, re-write them in a way that shows you a path to resolve the problem.

For example
Question: "What happens next?" can be written, "What is the next step I need to take to move forward?" This changes your perception and focus.

Don't stop in the area of uncertainty. Look beyond your doubt, you will always find the answers to your questions.
