Change some old Patterns:
Now you have to break some connections. Make your home look and feel different from what it was.
Take up a new activity. Exercise is the single most effective therapy for your mind.
The point of these changes is to break up the old associations and give yourself a new environment for your new life. The changes you make will help you move in a different direction.
Did you ever hear the saying "change is good". Change is inevitable it happens no matter what. We seek transformation, and transformation is never easy. Thats why changing your routine adding something new to your environment automatically puts you on the way towards your new life.
