I was speaking to someone today and they asked me how did you come up with the title for your blog?? I replied: It is the most amazing song I have ever heard. It fits what I'm teaching. Strength and love for one self. Over coming the challenges of life. Knowing our value helps us get through these obstacles and gives us the courage to release what is not rewarding our lives happiness. Opening the door to freedom from any emotional anguish is the best step anyone would ever take towards a joyous life. Please when you get a moment listen to the lyrics.
